Victoria Ross

Victoria Ross was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. She is a wife and a mother of six children, four of which she adopted through the foster care system. She has a Bachelor’s in Counseling and a Master of Social Work Degree. She became licensed as an LCSW in 2015. Victoria has experience working in various social service organizations in Anchorage. Victoria has been working with families pursuing adoption for almost 7 years. She and Tami co-founded Alaska Adoption Services in 2019 when they recognized a gap in adoption services in Alaska. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, gardening, and exploring Alaska.
