Rozel joined the Alaska Impact Alliance in the fall of 2024 and currently oversees the 907 Navigation App. Previously, Rozel supported the AIA as a founding member of the Alaska Family Resource Center Network leadership team, and has been a volunteer Board Member at Beacon Hill. Rozel is an advocate for healthy and safe children, families, and communities. Prior to joining the AIA, Rozel oversaw training activities as a Program Manager at Alaska Behavioral Health, as well as worked in education administration as the Manager of Operations at a network of Title I charter schools in the Pacific Northwest. Rozel’s two-decade career in Alaska has also included supporting both urban and rural programs statewide, working in housing and early education. Additionally, she has been a small business owner, and holds a bachelor’s degree in International Cultural Studies. Rozel enjoys traveling and trying new foods, comedy, neuroscience, and documentaries. She is a proud mom to daughter Lily, a student athlete at the College of St. Mary in Omaha, and son Jaycen, who is currently serving in the United States Air Force in Washington DC. She has been married to her best friend Jayson since 2012, and together they have three fur babies- Shaka, Nala and Loki.
