Rozel currently serves as a Program Manager for Trauma Training for the Alaska Child Trauma Center at Alaska Behavioral Health.  Rozel is passionate about seeing communities with safe and healthy children and families, including supporting professionals and programs that share that same mission. Her social services background has included both direct service work as well as administrative leadership in substance use treatment, early childhood education, housing and professional development. Rozel has been a small business owner and holds a bachelor’s degree in International Cultural Studies. She enjoys traveling and has traveled extensively throughout rural Alaska, as well as to over a dozen international destinations. Other activities she enjoys outside of work include supporting her family on the basketball court or at the racetrack, real estate investing, and volunteering on the Board of Directors at Beacon Hill.
