Leigh Bolin – President

Leigh Bolin, LCSW – Leigh is currently the Executive Director of the Resource Center for Parents & Children in Fairbanks. Prior to her current position she served as the Forensic Services Department Manager for Bristol Bay Area Health Corporation in Dillingham, which was her first experience working in the Child Advocacy Center field and where she grew passionate about that line of work. Leigh also currently serves as the President of the board for the Alaska Children’s Alliance, as well as the Board President for the Alaska Impact Alliance. Before moving to Alaska in 2015 she began her social work career in St. Louis, MO working primarily with individuals living with chronic and persistent mental illness as well as survivors of intimate partner violence. In 2023 she was awarded the National Association of Social Workers – Alaska Chapter Social Worker of the Year Award. Leigh is a licensed clinical social worker in Alaska and Missouri. She received her BA in Psychology from the University of Missouri – St. Louis, and her Master of Social Work with a concentration in non-profit management from Saint Louis University. Leigh lives in Fairbanks with her spouse and two cats, Evie and Raspberry. In her free time she likes to read, cross stitch, and drink tea.
