Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) Curriculum

The National Certificate of Achievement in Employment Services Training Course (Basic Level) concentrates on practical employment strategies for people with disabilities. It provides an overview of significant disabilities, strategies for career development, job development, job support, and rehabilitation issues and current trends.
* This course is September 15 – October 22, 2026, Tuesdays and Thursdays 9 – 11am
Completion of this course and all required classwork results in a National Certificate of Achievement in Employment Services (Basic Level) from the Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE).
The time commitment includes 45 contact training hours:
- 24 hours in live 2-hour sessions twice weekly
- 21 hours independent paced on-demand classwork
- Office hours to support you
- Optional assistance with homework after each class
