Beyond Burnout: Rebuilding Capacity in High Demand Helping Professions

Burnout reflects depleted organizational capacity as much as individual exhaustion, and addressing it requires supporting both people and systems.
In this webinar, you’ll explore the RESTORE Framework, a practical model for rebuilding capacity at both the individual and organizational levels. It’s an approach that moves beyond “doing more” to creating the conditions that support healthy professionals, ethical practice and high-quality care.
Leading the discussion is Rhonda DiNovo, LMSW, MSW, ADC-IP, a clinical assistant professor in the College of Social Work at the University of South Carolina. DiNovo is also a MSW program coordinator for the university and coordinates their Graduate Drug and Addictions Studies Certificate Program.
This webinar is offered through CEU Creations (a Triad company), and a continuing education credit is available. Triad is a National Council Gold Partner.
