The Frontline Leadership Institute allows participants to experience and explore the critical, vital contribution Frontline Supervisors provide to the agency, the individuals they support and the direct support and direct service professionals they work with. Participants will have the opportunity to network with other Frontline Supervisors from across the State of Alaska sharing their experiences, their challenges and the truly amazing work which they accomplish.
During your Frontline Leadership Institute you will experience the following leadership topics:
Frontline Leadership Institute participation is by an application process. It is recommended that participants have one or more years of supervisory experience. Participants must have the support and recommendation of their supervisors to ensure successful completion. Selection to attend this Institute is made by a review team. Those participants selected and/or declined will receive notification by March 9, 2026.
Event will take place in person at The Landing Hotel in Ketchikan. Cost is $250.
