Mush for Kids – Celebrating 27 Years!

Mush for Kids, the premier family event in Fairbanks, is a free event held each spring in Fairbanks.

Mush for Kids endorses the Strengthening Families five protective factors by providing a day filled with fun activities and resources for families. There are fun events for all ages, including:

• Dog sled rides for children ages 4-12 years old

  • Dog sled rides are every half an hour from 10:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. There are 50 tickets for each time slot, so be sure to arrive early to secure your child (ages 4-12) spot!

• Puppy petting pen

• Various local performances on the main stage

• 20+ local providers offering fun games for the kids and free resources for the parents

• And more!
