The series will comprehensively cover the process of case management, introducing necessary skills and supportive tools to utilize in providing best practices related to case management. The phases will feature an in-depth dive with scenarios to practice refining case management skills. Each of the trainings will cover topic-specific documentation tips.
Service Planning: We will work on identifying how we help clients define their vision and what an outcome statement is using the SMART test (goals). We will explore the differences between enabling and empowering.
